sorry if my question is stupid or might piss anyone off but the store shows that this measures 21cm/8.5" long. but what's the circumference of the thing when worn? as in the inner diameter.. the measurement like the one done below.

Dont know atm.  I have mine with me, but it has been extended by a few links.  If someone else does not give you an answer, you'll have to wait until I am back in the UK.  G

Lets do some math! If you make a circle with it, the circumference should be 8.5". Since 8.5"=pie(diameter), the diameter should be about 2.71". Someone else chime in if I made a mistake
