Same size. Medium for Ts, Henleys, sweatshirts, work, western etc. A lot of people say size down for these because of the stretch but I wouldn’t have felt as good in a small. I like to have a T under these.

IHSH-276-IND - purchased used on this forum. I machine washed once. Not sure about previous wash, but still robust and like new. Yayuh.
