@don_pipone thanks a lot! I was very lucky because after 5 min the sun was gone
-
@Marc2706 I know the struggle. I love natural light photography but it can be very unpredictable mid-session.

Regensburg

@don_pipone schönste Stadt Bayerns (most beautiful city in Bavaria). I know exactly where you are. Used to live round the corner for 10 years
-
@Tago-Mago haha…you got me

Such a beautiful city. Don‘t know why I haven’t been here earlier. We should do a IH meeting here. -
@don_pipone if you have time and don’t have to drive Sticky Fingers has great cocktails. I am always up for a meet. Too bad I’m not home this weekend
-
@Tago-Mago Thanks for the tip. „Unfortunately“ my lady and I don‘t drink anymore but I am sure they have good non-alcoholic ones too. We gonna check it out.
Today‘s trip was quite spontaneous but next time, and there will be a next time for sure, I will give you a heads up. -
@don_pipone I can confirm that the non-alcoholic cocktails are also very nice. Let me know when you are in Regensburg next time. Enjoy the rest of the day!
-
@Tago-Mago sure will!

I’ve decided to start learning about analog photography by playing around with a Minolta STR 303

-
@RobeOfTheMagi what happened to the Leica?
-
My mother in law won't part with it :/. And the Minolta seems a little easierto deal with for a noob.
-
@RobeOfTheMagi this is a very good idea!!!!

Any Leica Q3 43 users here? I‘m on the fence about buying one and joining the Leica family.
I‘ve been shooting on Fuji for the last 8 years or so, mostly jpeg sooc with simulations/recipes. 95% of the time I shoot 35mm on crop sensor.
However, I’ve found myself more and more shooting raw and post processing recently, which I like.
The IQ of the Leica and especially the APO I‘ve seen so far is more than appealing and I also like the look and feel of the Q.
Has anyone moved from Fuji to Leica Q?
Do you think I‘d be happy with the 43mm focal lenght? I mainly shoot people, portraits and a little bit of street.
