Round 2 in the books. These have been worn from October-March or so for the past two winters and washed probably 10 times. The iPhone does some weird things with blues but these pics are fairly accurate. Love this denim.

6months 3 washes, not counting the initial soak+wash.
Feels really broken in now, very comfortable.
Threw in the indigo invitational bandana for a bit of color.

good evening, thanks to Jeff's precious advice I soaked these legendary beasts for the first time. Soak for an hour with water at 30/40 degrees, then put in the washing machine on a hyper delicate cycle, without spinning and water at 40 degrees. Now I'll hang them up to drain and tomorrow morning I'll turn them inside out and put them in while they're wet. Then with the help of my mother, Gloria my partner and a team of firefighters I will try to take them off without having to spend a week in hospital for having amputated my foot
