A new version of NodeBB has been released (the platform this forum is built on) we've just begun testing it our end, so hopefully we will be able to roll out proper notifications and you can have banners/alerts on your home screen. That way you'll never miss a drop!

Request for change in the "chats" feature
Is there a way to make it so the "enter" button, when on desktop, creates a new paragraph instead of sending the message? I find myself accidently sending chats when I'm trying to space out my frequently overly wordy text blocks.

It would be great if we had a "reactions" button that added reactions (maybe emojis?) to a comment. I believe it would add a lot of engagement without people feeling like they are spamming a thread with overly basic replies. Sometimes an upvote doesn't feel adequate or proper for the comment.
