It’s not very warm.  Comparable to the IHW-01, slightly warmer than the IHJ-12 windbreaker, less than the N1, and significantly less than the IHW-13.  It’s more of a spring or fall weight jacket most suited for temperatures between 5 and 15 deg, depending on what you wear under it.

What is the weight of the wool used?

I would guess 15/16oz, but we don't have a firm answer from Japan I am afraid
