On this visit the water was higher so this one had to do.

Today for the first time ever I am making ginger bug for traditional home made ginger ale.

Edit: If anyone is wondering…  “Ginger bug” is a soda starter, that is, the natural microorganisms that put the fizz (and numerous health benefits) in old fashioned sodas.

Went to the Tattoo Art exhibition at Somerset House on my lunch break. Highly recommended if you're London based and it's free.  The quality of the artwork is insanely good. Couple of my favourites….
