Eight hour flight from Madrid to NYC. Drop the shit off at the hotel and then:
1. Quick stop to send a care package to the kids at camp.
2. Grahame Fowler's to pick up my first pair of Trickers:
3. Blue in Green for the wife to get a pair of PBJs.
4. SENY for the Roy Shirt (I couldn't resist).
5. Meatball Shop for nourishment.
6. Hotel.

Went to the Super 15 Rugby final in Hamilton last nite with my brother.
The Brumbies vs the Waikato Chiefs
it was a close game till the last 20 min's then the Chiefs got in front, rest is history

RP how long are you in the city for?
Jeff-I got in yesterday afternoon and I am leaving tomorrow morning. We weren't supposed to pass through NYC this trip, but my father is not feeling well, so we are going to spend the day today in LI with my parents. Tomorrow I am off again. Next time I am in town for work, I'll give you a head's up with some advance notice. We still need to make up for the meeting we missed for that ridiculous snow storm.

After some motivational issues resulted in the longest hiatus from gym work that I've had since I started working out, I hit it hard today. Ouch.
Glad to be back in the swing but hiatuses are not recommended. At least my shoulder doesn't hurt it my elbow crack anymore.

Taste of the Wasatch benefit yesterday. Beer, wine, tons of food, good scenery and better scenery.
90F was a little warm for the MBB's, but cold beer and a nice breeze got me through.

Hit up the mountains and almost got screwed up. Really need a roll cage.

Aha. You can't really see but there was a tree stump which we later discovered that was holding the back tire which also was holding the whole car from rolling over. I just had my friend hold onto it for good measure until I further investigated it. Super glad I was the only one in the car, because if I had a passenger I would have for sure rolled over into a huge fall off.
