When we were in Spain we bought this lovely ham for the princely sum of  €21.  Unfortunately, we did not have time to buy a Jamonera, so Alex and I made one today.  Crude but effective

I just noticed that G's hair had been cut at the back to match the back of his western shirt! (see photo where he's boring the mayor of the preservation society). Now that's what I call making an effort!
