[tody]

Finally back on Texel, out today in Den Burg at the exhibition of "De Zilveren Camera", a contest of dutch photo journalists.

Reflecting the sad state of the world. No real feel good stories this year, but division, hate and war.

[Aetas]

@tody Enjoy Texel and greetings to the family.

[tody]

dang, it's windy today. glad i have the ihsw-45 with a hood.

[tody]

quick stroll by the beach before tonight's storm rolls in.

[tody]

still fairly windy at the beach. north sea took away large portions of sand last night.

[ROman]

@tody I think I read that a cruise ship side swiped a container ship up there in the storms???

[Daniel San]

@ROman
that happened here in Bremerhaven .

[tody]

@ROman That happened in Bremerhaven in Germany. The cruise ship was setting sail when heavy winds pushed it into two docked container ships. Last what I read is that the police opened a criminal investigation into the captain. Probably not solely the storm’s fault…

[tody]

Last one from the island, headed home via train tonight. Getting solar panels installed at home, someone needs to supervise that.
