a few months back I ordered an acoustic study of the room and they sent it back all mapped out and told me where to put my shit.For now i put my children’s foam play things on the first reflections. To be honest the difference was very minimal so i dont think it’s working.
But the difference when i added that power cord from the pic above. (Transparent audio reference) was immediately improved. Clearer, more focused, tighter sounding) all from a power cord. I swear to you.

A fellow audio nerd told me you can make your own acoustic panels with Owens Corning 703 for pretty cheap and they work well.

New to me toy. Wife agreed to a downstairs dining room setup to accompany the upstairs listening room. Already had an extra pair of speakers and an extra turntable. Found this at a local vintage shop. Sound is pretty incredible and complements my focal vestia n1s nicely.

It's okay. She can go to my office and use the other setup. This pair of JBL L100 speakers I restored last year paired with a Marantz 2275. Everything is currently disassembled as I decided to add banana plugs to the speakers.
