If I am an xxl in the 6.5 ounce shirts would I do the same in these? As I buy for a bit of shrinkage and people say these don't shrink I am not sure.

@rudy I'd recommend measuring one of your shrunken 6.5oz shirts that you like the fit of and matching those measurements to this shirt, granted I got a XXL and I washed it hot and dried it and it shrank a bit but it stretches back out in one wear

@rudy you'll be happy with a 2xl in this shirt. I am an xl in all of my IH shirts and i take an xl in the 1600 and thought i could possibly size down, it would be far too snug.

You were right on this. xxl was perfect and I would not have wanted to go any smaller

@rudy great to hear. This forum is a great resource for size advice. Don’t be afraid to warm wash and machine dry. This shirt takes abuse and pops right up ready to go.

so, a couple of years in, that thing is showing it's first scar. the seam at the bottom is slowly splitting, will probably run over it with the sewing machine to stop it from further tearing apart. it's holding it's colour exceptionally well, though!

Not like anybody needs to hear it from me in particular, but this shirt is everything you're hoping it is. I think I've got to have 100 days of wear on mine (lovely Texas heat keeps it hid away much of the time) and it still looks and feels like I just got it.
The knit is lock tight and gives a beautiful impression, but it still moves and gives and rolls and molds to your body like no other tee I've ever had. The fit is spot on for me, even as a bigger guy, probably on account of it stretching out a bit width-wise and coming in a bit in the length for it. I'll have a white one some day soon, I know it. I don't know how many more tees I could justify owning on top of those two, I feel like I'd have all my bases covered!
