@yannis thank you! 😊 it’s always a gamble if the 555 cut will work, so happy it does with these!

I was browsing the Iron Heart site late one night (as one does) and spotted a pair of these in my size. It was the last pair in stock. I was intrigued but skeptical, since my only experience so far has been with the 634 cut. However, after scrolling through this thread and seeing all the amazing pairs shared here, I decided to take the plunge.

They sat in my closet for a month, but I finally took them for a spin this weekend and I am so glad I did!

A few initial thoughts after day one:

The Fit: A bit loose in the waist, but comfortable. I will gladly take that trade-off given the super heavyweight denim.

The Fabric: After only one wear, I can already tell these are going to fade and develop beautifully.

The Styling: I decided to run them unhemmed, using a mini "Tokyo turn-up" to get some nice stacking.

Anyway, enough gushing. Thanks to everyone in this thread for the inspiration! Here are a few quick pictures. 🤙🏻

Hey @twin still enjoying them here & there for brief moments in ac 🙂 can’t wait to get more wear in them.

Saw you scored a new pair. Pretty awesome seeing your different stages of evo of the XHSib’s.

@FK971 If you don’t want marks on your jeans then yes, you do need to remove them from your pockets.

However, the pockets look like the fading has already started and should be there until the rest of the jean is faded to match.

Edit: every pair of my jean has a similar wear pattern from the phone and a wallet. I like the look.
