IHSH-422-BRN - 17oz Cotton Duck CPO Shirt - Brown
-
Anyone have tips with trying to tame the collar that seems to want to take flight (tips curling up)? Not a big deal, but curious if anyone has noticed and addressed it.
-
@wjw , sorry for the late response, but I iron mine after each wash. It helps set the collar and the rear hem curl.
-
@VegaS10 how often/ how many wears are you all washing? I have worn mine maybe 10 times so far
-
@fuzzybunnies, I wear mine as an overshirt to work. I get about two weeks worth of wear before washing. We are in pollen season here, as well as a ton of dust. Not to mention, I'm doing manual labor, so there is sweat/stink involved. I'm of the "wash your clothes" crowd, so it's more frequently than others.
I toss it in the washer, wash on cold, and hang dry.
-
@fuzzybunnies mine still hasn't gotten a ton of wear, but since it is on the large side for me. I throw in the washer and dryer. Wash when dirty or smell.
-
I missed this due to another release that I bought. I hope that doesn't happen again!(Looking at you 409ib)

I've got a week to get some cash. This and the 409ib on the same day is brutal guys! Is the stock on this one looking good? I remember the first go it was available for a little while
-
@CosmoSix5 we've got a few, yes
-
Such a versatile piece. A CPO is next on my wants list. I'd probably wear this more than a denim one but not sure whether to sacrifice the fades for it!!!
-
@ChadwickBelts I got one last time round. It's a great shirt, I get compliments all the time, very light fades but it has tons of character none the less. If the 409ib was released at the same time last year I don't know which I'd pick. I might have had to sell my first born and get both!
-
I have a Dr appt when this one drops next week ;(... surely they won't mind me frantically trying to use my phone to make a purchase.
-
@ChadwickBelts it doesn't fade like indigo denim but you most certainly can make it your own. Creasing in the elbows, it gets dark in places. Very cool fabric.
-
@CosmoSix5 that's not true, the duck does fade almost like denim, not in a very high contrast but faster than you'd expect.
-
@FlavourFade Thank you and an example of duck fades from the hall of fades: https://ironheart.co.uk/collections/hall-of-fades/products/hof-ih-666d-02
You can see how much it’s faded in the cuffs of the pants…
