Decisions decisions!

Wife complimented my jeans today wearing my beat up 777 XHS. I'll be grabbing these in lieu of the 666 today. 555 UHR will be my new UHR target. It's nice liking multiple cuts! Options!

@ChrisC the size chart under the first post you are referring to is equivalent to 777-21s on the website. The size for 777-XHSib on the website is different, so can someone confirm which size chart is correct for 777-XHSib: the one you are referring to here, or the size chart which is published on https://ironheart.co.uk/collections/tapered-cut/products/ih-777-xhsib

@nenad_mandich refer to the forum first thread post

@nenad_mandich Sorry about that. It looks like we didn't update the product page after posting here. The chart posted earlier at the start of this thread is correct though, and the product page has now been updated.

Hmm, can I get a little help with sizing? My frame of reference is a pair of 21od 777's at tag size 35" waist and have since stretched to 36" waist after measuring. They feel a bit roomy in the waist and I can comfortably fit my hand in there while I'm wearing them.
I'm also on a bit of a weight loss journey the past month or so, and I've gone from ~95kg to ~87kg. After looking at the measurements for this batch, I'm thinking that the ideal size is a tag size 34 based on my 21od's (in my current state) rather than the tag size 35's'. All other measurements are fine, there's very little concern with the thigh/knee or the rise, just not 100% sure on the waist sizing.

@Muzura Use this guide to measure your current 777’s 21od and let us know what the measurement is. https://ironheart.co.uk/pages/how-we-measure-bottoms
That will be the most helpful start to figuring out what size jean you need. Please make sure you pay close attention to how IHUK measures and measure the same as they do. Other retailers may measure their jeans differently.

Oh, thank you. I've already mentioned that I've measured them at 36" (18" by IH's measuring guide) and I can fit my hand comfortably in the waistline while wearing them.

@goosehd thank you for the help! I appreciate it.

Tuesday off! Let's gooooo -
Hi everyone,
This will be my first pair of Iron Heart jeans (I already own a few IH jackets). Based on the size chart, it looks like a 32 should fit me, as I usually wear an 82 cm (32”) waist, although I’m not sure if it’s the same chart for Tuesday’s release.
My only concern is the slim fit combined with the 25 oz denim, especially during the break-in period.
I noticed quite a few people recommend sizing up. Would you still suggest going with a 33, or should I trust the size chart?
I think it’s great that Iron Heart offers the option to request a larger or smaller size within the same tagged size off the batch. That’s a really thoughtful service and much appreciated.
Have a good weekend guys
Thanks -
@PandaFAi That chart will be the chart for Tuesday’s release.
Please use your best fitting jeans and measure them according to the information provided in this link: https://ironheart.co.uk/pages/how-we-measure-bottoms
Take those measurements recorded as IHUK measures from your best fitting jeans and compare them to the measurements posted for this release. That will give you the best start to picking a pair of jeans from this upcoming release.
If you have measured your jeans the way IHUK measures and they are 32 inches, then I believe the tag size 32 would be your best bet. I find that the tag size closest to your ideal size the best way to purchase jeans. Jeans will stretch with time and wear. If you start out with a larger pair from the beginning, they will tend to stay that way through the lifetime and/or ownership of those jeans.
