I hate going to the mall with a passion. Had to pick up a bracelet for my wife because the boutique refuses to repair it without some ridiculous charge, but that’s a whole other story. I miss the days when luxury brands actually stood behind their products and either repaired them or just replaced them.

What I was really going to say is… malls are just weird. Maybe it’s because I walked in looking like I work at a service station in my SAXS short sleeve and fatigues. I thought I looked pretty dope, but the fact that I just said “pretty dope” probably means I don’t.

I heard about the recent heat wave. We'll be getting our first taste this coming week...

I fully anticipate at least 2 - 3 more waves like it before the summer ends. 🥵

No, we‘re stuck between Heilbronn and Manheim on our way to a family gathering. It‘s supposed to to be even 42° there (Rhine valley). It‘s just crazy.

It’s down to “just” 29°C here today but still feels grim. At least it’s almost over. Hope DE and AT aren’t far behind. 41°C is nuts.
