This just came. Wow. Instantly one of my favourite IH pieces. I said somewhere else but we all obsess on the flannels leaving the Hickory / Kersey / Wabash / Chambray less talked about but these are some of the best items they do.

@Stringthing75 Same... i have felt an old version of this shirt and recall it being nice but the softness really surprised me - like a sweat shirt almost.

When I first got into Iron Heart a couple years ago, the Kersey was one of the first shirts I knew for sure I wanted. I don't know what it was about the description or the photos that drew me to it, but it's been on my mind for years now. And while I've managed to accumulate literally a closet full of iron heart since then, the stars never aligned for me to secure a Kersey. That has finally changed. When I put this shirt on today for the first time I fell in love all over again. The fabric is incredible, and I can't stop touching it! There's something satisfying about the texture and running my nails through the grooves. I had no idea the ribs were so deep! And it's so soft. I can't wait to see how it feels after it's washed and worn a bit more. I've been drifting over to UES a lot lately with the Viyella, Tricotine, and Double Weave on rotation, but this shirt has brought my focus squarely back to IH.
