If I usually get jeans like 634s with a 32.2"-32.5" waist, should I shoot for tag 31 or 32? I'm a 32 in almost all IH pants, but I'm not sure on which size to get with these (and the brown version).

      Tag 31 listed waist: 32.0"
      Tag 32 listed waist: 32.8"

      Thanks!

@pmarks7 Probably the tag 32, these aren't going to stretch that much like your jeans do, so going with the bigger size if your inbetween sizes is the safer bet

The care info on the Iron Heart website says "We recommend washing this garment at 30°C with a low (or no) spin cycle. Hang dry, do not tumble dry", however the care instructions on the pocket and tag say "tumble dry low". The same is true of the wabash pants and probably others. So which one should we follow and If we tumble dry, how much shrinkage can we expect? @ShopatIronHeart

I hung dry it and seemed fine afterwards. Not sure why you'd tumble dry with heat if you don't want shrinkage.

I don't want to hem them and have the inseam come up over time. Plus I'm curious why there is conflicting care info.

@samo Despite what the pocket bag says, we almost always advise against tumble drying (even on low) because it yields unpredictable results, there's simply too many variables between different fabrics and machines.

@Tobi They look really good and suit you perfectly. They go really well with a hoodie or a shirt too... I think I'll have to give them a go myself now 👍🏻😎

What is printed on the label is what you can do without damaging the fabric. What we say on the site is what you can to (in our opinion) to ensure you don't have any shrinkage
