Love some good denim drama. Anyway, here are some photos of the SBGs I continue to wear the hell out of before I even open the new pair I just copped.
What is the mileage on them?

@Yoprst No idea on the wears. I've had them for at least six years. Been repaired twice. Washed as needed, generally at least once a year, sometimes more if necessary.

Got mine in and they fit perfect! Heading off to self edge to get em hemmed like my other IH pairs and then wear the crap outta em

It is, good spot. And es, Laura from Statement store does an impeccable job. Lucky to have them „around the corner“
I always did crotch repairs on my own in the past and it never looked half as good.

Got mine today. Fallen in love with them at first glance. The size is spot on thanx to IHUK team for that. Love the stickers enclosed - they're quite sexy

@Yoprst I do think the 888 top block is designed to be wider and roomier in the hips. If you look at something like the classic levi's 517 or wrangler boot cut, it's a slimmer fit in the hips / top block vs the 888. Both high rise, both different fit. I personally wish IH would make a model inspired by the classic cowboy cuts like levi's and wrangler. It's a timeless cut. The 888 is the closest thing to that, but it's damn tricky in my opinion for a lot of guys to get a good fit in the top block. Probably still my best option though as I like a high rise/slim fit and I can't fit my thighs into any other cut besides the 634/633 and 1955.

The pazzle of 888 is easy to solve - no belly, no man's boobs
And all those Big Three boot cut inspired smells a bit like mothballs to me

@jpvisual yeah dude, i love my 888s and my one pair of 633s. they're very close and the top block is the hardest to nail. I usually end up finding the 888 to fit perfectly but wish the rise was barely shorter, and the waist a little bigger for the rest of the measurements. and the 633 is about the same, where i which the waist was a little larger, but the knee was a little slimmer. we're talking like 0.5" here and there though, and I make due. The crew always delivers when i ask for an 888 with a larger waist.

@WhiskeySandwich you seemed to have nailed the fit. I've seen your photos. Trial and error I guess. Just ordered a different pair of UHR 888s with tweaked measurements. Yep, still 888 & 633 for me
