IJ - yap…wearing it as i write...fells good somehow
buckle and screws are from a sufu-member named "zissou"...he`s also a leather-artisan so he shipped them to me for like 10bucks!...

somehow i like the clean look of just one hole in it. its only me wearing the belt, so one hole is enough...but well see. thanks anyway mate

Making belts is lots of fun, and a good start to working with leather.  Now that you've made one, you'll be thinking about the next one and all the things you can do differently- at least that's how it went for me.:)  Got a new project in the planning stages right now, in fact…

same here. And getting good thick leather here in Finland is hard. Also finding the right hardware is a task.

I have purchased a few excellent belts from "unlucky" in the U.S.  It is his hobby and his asking prices are very fair.  You spec. the leather (even the thickness) / colour / buckle and he will make it for you.  You can even send him pictures of things (leather of course) you want and he will work with you.  PM me if you want his contact information.
