Iron Heart Loyalty Vouchers - 2026 and Beyond
-
The way I see it now. Iron Heart is different now.
Selling faster than before.
I had vouchers every year. I spent them fast, but I knew once out of stock will be while coming back in stock again or never being make again.
My experience tells me what I see.
Even when my vouchers ran out. I was still buying the same way.
Can see here few a whingeing why it’s stop.
Sound like you a cheapo, get a grip.
The company has grown, many loyal customers who kept buying from the start not because of the vouchers scheme. Love of the brand and service.
Even if I didn’t get them at the beginning. Personally I will still be buying the same way.I have been here over a decade buying. In my eyes no brand can match Iron Heart.
I may wear others brand. Iron Heart is my signature
️ brand. -
@concretor it was fun. Never a reason to buy anything for me. I did enjoy last year it was a big surprise when they arrived. This year I looked forward to them and planned on their use. Fatal mistake it seems!
I've also ruined a pair of XHS in the same week so it's been a rough IH week here. -
@CosmoSix5
Oh damn that sucks man, how did they get ruined? -

Been buying IH for the last seven years and I will never stop. Vouchers never did it for me. Honestly, didn't even know about them because I bought most of my fits (until very recently) through various brick and mortars. Wouldn't dream of taking my business elsewhere given the service provided here. The personal attention is unparalleled, and perhaps only exceeded by the quality of the product. Also, I'm a big dude with a long torso and arms. Nobody else makes shirts that fit as well in the sleeve as you guys!

@kojimastreets damn straight! My long arms have never felt so seen 🥰

a free hemming service even for a pair that's been purchase weeks, months or even years before would be great.
and maybe free shipping above a certain amount from EU to EU? it's strange for me the pay shipping fees for an order above 1000 euros and see that someone in Argentina
or New zeeland got free shipping above 200.
but that doesn't hold me to buy something when i want (and can affort) it, the box opening is always magical.a little gift idea would be coathanger stickers,...
i use wooden hanger in my dressing and it would be great to have a little stickers to put on it for my IH items. -
I believe loyalty is earned through a brand's fundamentals (customer service, quality etc.), which IH has demonstrated consistently. What comes on top is nice but should be seen as a bonus, not a requirement. Bottom line is you guys should not "stress" too much over it, you're already doing so much.
