Iron Heart Loyalty Vouchers - 2026 and Beyond
-
Real loyalty and real customer service don’t actually have that much to do with money, they have to do with shared interest, human interaction and respect.
-
Japanese non IH related items (knifes, pottery, whatever) that can only be acquired through loyalty points. Can be second hand one-off items.
Other than that: You have my loyalty, as long as this place stays a no bullshit, friendly, respectful transparent wonderland. Thanks for everything you are doing for us!
Adding to that: Possibly even randomly add the items to orders to „surprise“ loyal customers. Much like the voucher E-Mail always kind of came like a surprise (at least to me…) That would be sick.

Esso points! For anyone in the UK old enough.

I'll be very brief and pretty blatant about this: While the vouchers were nice, the idea of buying your way into some elitist circle sounds like bullshit to me.
Put differently, in the words of Groucho Marx: 'I refuse to join any club that would have me as a member.'
Showing off on Instagram my special something I earned by spending enough money is not why i signed up here, anyone can do that.
'Look here, this is what I got because I spent 1k/2k/10k at IH' is a big turn off for me.
I'm happy that the IH branding is so subtle and that the quality is at the level it is. I'd need to wear some show-off brand like Balenciaga if I needed to have it any other way.
I'm happy with the community I found here and even happy with the stupid jokes, including the ones at my expense. -
Well said sir

@DeeDee85 Totally. I would do the full product line and collabs. There could be grid pages to show the full releases, but then closer shots/full page/features on the game changing releases/grail items. It would be cool to feature them more as 'works of art'. The cool part is this community is a built in museum. If there's a piece that IH no longer has, but wants to photograph... chances are someone here does. It could be a community effort to catalogue and commemorate the first 25 years of the brand.

Going back to the original question, keeping on doing this sort of thing should work

I liked the vouchers only because it would nudge me to buy some pieces that I was sitting on the fence on. The timing worked that it was mainly used on items that weren’t high demand or FW drops. Not a big deal without them, but it was definitely motivation to buy more or try out different pieces.

May sound ridiculous, but at the moment, that is what we are trying to curb....

The way I see it now. Iron Heart is different now.
Selling faster than before.
I had vouchers every year. I spent them fast, but I knew once out of stock will be while coming back in stock again or never being make again.
My experience tells me what I see.
Even when my vouchers ran out. I was still buying the same way.
Can see here few a whingeing why it’s stop.
Sound like you a cheapo, get a grip.
The company has grown, many loyal customers who kept buying from the start not because of the vouchers scheme. Love of the brand and service.
Even if I didn’t get them at the beginning. Personally I will still be buying the same way.I have been here over a decade buying. In my eyes no brand can match Iron Heart.
I may wear others brand. Iron Heart is my signature
️ brand. -
@concretor it was fun. Never a reason to buy anything for me. I did enjoy last year it was a big surprise when they arrived. This year I looked forward to them and planned on their use. Fatal mistake it seems!
I've also ruined a pair of XHS in the same week so it's been a rough IH week here.
