OrSlow

Thanks for all the inspiration on this thread, just grabbed a pair of slim fatigues with recent restock via popular jp site. Look forward to wearing them.

@GraemeE do you have any first hand knowledge of their New Yorker Pant? I've been eyeing the wide new yorker as an easy pant option.
-
@jordanscollected not first hand but the regular fit new Yorker seems a little more like a jogger style pant to my eyes. Ive eyed the more relaxed fit ones though
Ive been curious about their wider fitting offerings in general like the wide fit french work pants and the "dad" and "grandad" fits
That being said im aware that as a middle aged dude the slope to cringe can be a very slippery one - i "think" the wide fits aren't terribly oversized but haven't tried any on
-
@GraemeE I'm currently trying to shift of pair of slims to get the regular from Orslow or Samurai ones look great too
-
It’s funny, I just sold off all my regular fits for the slim tapered fits.
I guess it’s different strokes for different folks

Withered Fig is my go to for OrSlow as well.
-
I did the same thing and switched everything from slim to regular. I do like having a little more room in the thigh, but the biggest issue for me was that the leg opening on the slim just wasn’t big enough.
-
@northsouthdenimguy I am pivoting to looser fits the older I get and find my slim ones are really narrow too! Keen to get some of the regular fit ones for this summer
-
@Tago-Mago 31 these days mate. And a Tag 33/34.
There is a pair of my Tag 29 jeans in Relove from 2019. Not that size anymore!

58 here, a relative fossil compared to you

I had 3 pair of the regular fit. I loved everything about them, except the rise which I found to be just too long for my liking.
I’d love it if the slim fit and just a touch more hem width. Everything else about them is pretty loose fitting (for me).
Maybe there’s a new product for IH to consider … a sateen cotton pant based on the 634 cut …
-
I’m just a few years away from wearing a Moo Moo
-
I think they have a bunch of fatigues coming out for spring/summer not sure about the exact cuts on them
-
@northsouthdenimguy I’ll be keeping my eyes peeled

IH are you listening?
