It doesn't completely take to the whole footprint and sits low so she can easily throw in a water bottle of umbrella on the side and throw her purse or jacket on top to just carry one thing.

@crankyfart that's right. Medium.
I actually bought both Medium AND Large to let my wife choose. I thought the Large would be best since it fully fit the footprint/base of the bag but we both actually preferred the slightly smaller medium. This leaves just enough room to other things on the side of the organizer. She's got it configured now so the organizer is holding all of her normal workbag items like pens, sticky notes, cables, tissues, and things like that, and there's still plenty of room to hold her laptop on the side of the bag. The organizer also helps prop it up so it doesnt fall over. We're both pretty pleased with how this ~8$ thing transformed the bag.
There are fancier ones out there that got recommended, but I struggled to see the value in them over this one for like 20% of the cost.
