@Johnnyutah247 sorry to hear the shirt has ripped! flannels aren't something I do that often but there is definitely options that you would have, like patching or hand sewing, looking at it I would go with patching as you and matt have mentioned, but I would look at a good local tailor and see what they recommend and they should be able to sort you out, but if you do have any difficulties don't hesitate to get in touch and give me a email at shop@ironheart.co.uk and we can chat through some ideas.

Should I get this repaired already or still wait?

If you know you’re gonna do it eventually do it now. It’s easier to fix a small hole than a big one. @JoshC will almost certainly recommend against not waiting too long once there’s a hole.

@Dmart sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I have been away on holibobs and got back late last night. as @Matt said better to get get it sorted sooner rather than later when it becomes bigger and more visible. If you follow the link below this will take you to the repairs and if you can fill out the form just so I have a record of the repair and what needs to doing, when I am back in the office on Thursday I will email you regarding the next steps and stuff.

@JoshC Hi Josh, sorry for the bone question, but do you have any idea on lead time for such an early crotch repair as above?

I’m in a similar situation with my 822’s and think it may be wise to get them in whilst I’m on ‘holibobs’ (😆) for three weeks from Friday.

              Thanks.

@JoshC thanks! I already got it sorted with your colleagues. I will check first with VMC in Zurich for the repair as it’s easier for you and me I guess. If they get get it done, I will send them in.

@Mister_Brue I would say 4-5 weeks at the moment, just because iv have been away a fair bit recently so I do need to catch up on what's here, but that would hopefully be worst case scenario.

@Dmart Perfect! if you do need anything or have any questions you can sling me an email at Shop@ironheart.co.uk

Just wanted to provide an update on the repairs to my IHSH-102-MC. It took a little bit to get the patch I ordered from ETSY( came from the UK). And I kind of forgot about it. Eventually I got around to dropping it off at a local tailor and below are the results. The color isn't an exact match, but it's pretty close. I'm happy with the results.

looks good to me, and you get to keep enjoying the shirt. Better than tossing it.

                      Just thinking out loud:
I've noticed my three versions of 21oz denim all seem to get 'crease fray' at different rates in different places. My SBG seems to be the furthest along, followed by the 21ib. The 21oz OG denim seems to have less fray, I'd speculate that the lack of weft dye leaves the denim more supple and pliable. All will probably need their first round of repairs after this cold season.

I recently got my sbgs crotch blowout repaired by ihuk and while it looks great, the area stick outs when worn. Is there any way I can get this to go down? Looks kinda funny
