@flannel-slut Funny, I had a similar experience with the Bronson 1930 Boxing Sweater recently. The fabric is superb (Probably the best fabric of any sweatshirt I've ever worn, even over Lady White Co and Iron Heart), but the cut was HORRIFIC. It was choking me so much that I actually seam ripped the collar, cut the neckline down in the front, and sewed it back together. And it's just now bearable, still not perfect. Here's a before and after picture I posted on a Reddit thread a few weeks ago when I did this:

Also, be careful - apparently the loopwheel t-shirts they advertise aren't actually loopwheel, it's just the name.

@indigo_fades 100% this!! Problem is, like you said, their fabric is so good that I’m still willing to try other offerings

@flannel-slut
Here's a recent photo of their Field Jacket. It's some of the best natural veg tan I've had. Definitely needed a Bick4 condition, but it was so good after that.

@indigo_fades What. A. Pic. I may want a jacket of my own and DEFINITELY want the dog.

@flannel-slut She's the best. Couldn't have asked for a better pup, really.
Also, here's the response from MSC to my comment about looking like a copy/paste of the IH Wabash.

@indigo_fades a respectable response to be fair. Thanks for sharing

Sample or market test? Either way, that’s a really nice jacket @indigo_fades

@indigo_fades I’m pry going to come off a bit of a prat here but there is a MSC in every industry. Find an established formula that works and copy it. With little to no ingenuity, it is hard to offer up any praise. At least when they knocked off TJs Y2 chore coat, they added side pocket entries over the traditional chore pocket. While this piece is a wabash western, something every heritage brand offers, from what I can see, there is literally nothing distinguishing this piece as a MSC over the IHSH-62. I’m all for inspiration but this is a little too “copy the smart kid sitting next to you in class”
This is spot on. Added to that there was a spate of a lot of influencers getting MSC jackets for a while that left a bit of a sour taste - it seemed like some of the reviews were paid for, at least with a free jacket (happy to be told I’m wrong, but calling it as I see it).
Also, I find myself looking at brands like MSC and Bronson and thinking the clothes look great, but I buy the type of clothing we wear for the quality and I’m not sure it’s there - I’d prefer to buy once and well.

@indigo_fades would love to see some more pics of your field jacket if you get chance? How did you find the sizing on it?
