Introducing Rolling Dub Trio
Tokyo-made Boots & ShoesBased in Tokyo’s historic Asakusa district, Rolling Dub Trio are specialist shoemakers who champion time-honoured construction techniques and work with the finest leathers from the world’s leading tanneries. Many of their hides even receive special in-house finishing for added depth and character.
Their boots are solidly built and expertly finished - rooted in rugged workwear functionality yet slick and stylish enough for everyday wear. From rugged side-zips to refined loafers, their designs are both heritage-driven and contemporary - built to age beautifully and last for decades.
Their small-batch releases are hotly coveted, too. Our first run of Green/Black Teacore Horsehide Casper Boots has already almost sold out, and we’ve barely gotten the word out.
Casper Side-Zip Boot
Black HorsehideThe Casper Side-Zip Boot is a wholecut design made from lustrous black Italian horsehide. The uncorrected teacore leather showcases natural creasing and striation, with a deep oil-black sheen that will reveal warm brown tones as it patinas. Each pair has a cushioned leather insole and a rubberised cork outsole - solid and confidently weighty, yet quick to break in.

IN’EI Loafer
Black Dutch Box CalfThe IN’EI Loafer nods to Junichirō Tanizaki’s 1933 essay In Praise of Shadows - a meditation on Japanese aesthetics and the beauty found in darkness.
Made from Dutch box calf leather that’s been specially finished in Japan, the loafer achieves a deep black with understated elegance. It’s built on an updated Munson last, giving it a broad, relaxed shape with a rounded toe. A refined loafer that’s equally suited to everyday wear.

Studio D’Artisan Western Shirt
12oz, Bengara-Dyed DenimThis “Bengara” Western is dyed with a natural rust-red pigment derived from iron-rich soils. The pigment is heated, refined, and ground into a fine powder before being hand-kneaded into the 12oz denim, creating a rich, earthy finish with depth and nuance you won’t get from mass-production dye methods.

Loopwheeled Sweatshirt
Grey MelangeThis “Turi-Ami” loopwheeled sweater is perfect for the incoming cold. It’s slowly knit in Wakayama’s Kanekichi workshop - one of only two in the world still using circular loopwheel machines. The ultra-slow process produces a soft, lofty, heavyweight jersey that holds its shape and wears like a warm hug.

Selvedge Denim Work Shirt
14oz, IndigoStudio D’Artisan’s Work Shirt is back in its heavy-duty, jacket-weight glory. A 14oz selvedge denim - rope-dyed, one-washed, and ready to break in beautifully. Finished with contrast stitching, dual chest pockets, and selvedge-cut side gussets with chain-stitch run off.

The Flat Head '50s Type II Jacket
Shinki Horsehide, BlackThis ’50s-style Type II is made from a 1.3mm Shinki teacore horsehide and finished with knife-pleat detailing, custom metal hardware, and contrast brown stitching. This is one very versatile leather jacket - all the classic ruggedness of a biker jacket, with the volume turned down a little.
Shinki Hikaku is the only tannery in the world dedicated exclusively to horsehide. Their custom tanning recipes produce deep, lustrous blacks that patina to warm vintage browns in high-wear spots.

'50s Type II Denim Jacket
14.5oz Indigo SelvedgeIf a denim Type II is more your thing, we’ve got you covered. This 14.5oz indigo selvedge jacket keeps the classic detailing, but incorporates a few stylistic upgrades. The cut is more angular from shoulder to waist, and the body is slightly longer than the cropped, boxy original. Subtle tweaks that bring the fit right up to date.

Block Check Work Shirt Flannel
Indigo Rope-dyedSome of our all-time favourite shirts.
The Flat Head’s heavyweight herringbone weave, rope-dyed indigo block check, and a double-brushed interior create a winter flannel to be reckoned with. Much like a good denim, the indigo dye will fade as it breaks in, giving the fabric even greater depth of character over the years.

The Flat Head '50s Denim Western Shirt
10oz, IndigoNow restocked. This is a more era-accurate take on the brand’s Western formula, incorporating a stylised front and back yoke and pointed flap pockets. The 10oz selvedge denim already has plenty of texture right off the bat - just imagine how great the shirt will look once it’s broken in. Finished with two-tone orange and yellow stitching and Mother-of-Pearl snap buttons.
