@3lli0t they’re usually comparable in sizing but for this specific run, I would say size up 1 from your typical UHF size

You have to keep an eye on the product code, too. They use different codes for different markets and it can be confusing. The “western” (formerly “overseas”?) product code will have a “W” (or “OS”, respectively) at the end.
A tagged XL shirt for the Japanese market will be a tagged L with a “W” in the code for the western market….
As always, best to go off measurements

Mine showed up on Saturday and it was size XXL and it fits similar to an XXL flannel from Iron Heart. I have to tell you it’s even prettier than the pictures in person. When Samurai nails it, they nail it.

Will these show up at US stores?

Have lots of Samurai tops and a pair of heavy chinos. Never bought their jeans as I tend to end up buying IH. If I did buy a pair I would be after some heavyweight and with good fade potential but something quite slim in the leg.
Anyone with any recommendations?

My quest for wider and straighter fits this past year has led me away from IH denim and towards Samurai, with the S3100 edging out the 1955 as my most worn pair. Now with the news of the 684 though I may be about to re-commit to IH pants!

I agree. There is something that just hits the spot for me with the unbrushed flannels. They feel more breathable and easier for me to layer as someone who runs hot.

@Sir_Cuffs-a-Lot The pink looks great on you especially with the Murakumo. I'm still thinking about grabbing this one. Is the color more of a peach or pink in person? It's hard to tell from the various photos I have seen.

I wouldn’t say it was more peach than pink, but it’s more peachy than some other pinks I rock. To my eye, it’s more of a pale salmon-y pink….
