out of curiosity, was this cut of the jacket that sold considered a success? I noticed it sold out pretty quick, could this mean a return to the older cut on some jackets?
(I'm a big fan of the short jacket length and long sleeves personally)

No, we will not be modifying the fit of our modified jackets in the future, but do have the unmodified pattern still in the arsenal

I grabbed one of these in size L from Iron Shop Provisions. I probably could have gone up to an XL but seeing how boxy this one is I went with an L. Also they were sold out of XL. Now the wait begins. I will try to take fit pics when this one shows up.

@Giles thanks they are made by Renav Goods with dark brown shinki horsebutt. I was really impressed with the finishing and they go great with IH.

@Denimmacdaily no, the next one of the press will be in the IH-526J-SBG - which was originally planned prior to this one. It's only recently gone in to production so I would say this time next year at a wild guess. We'll know more as production progresses

Hi, i'm in love whith the superblack 21 oz jacket and I find a stockist which have an xl. I have right now and it fits me a little bit snug (when bottoned botton on the chest has tension on it) so i have two questions
1- Its going to be restockage (XXL) of this jacket any time soon?
2- Would you think that I should keep this jacket because its going to stretch?

It will stretch a touch but if you're not happy with it at present, it won't stretch significantly IMO

So, as I see it now i have an unicorn. I can't ride on it but i can pet it and walk along it(meaning that if I wore it open it fits me fine). I can't decide. I like it so much. And I as see it its going to be years before the restock.
Sorry for the comparision, i'm not at my best.

Happy with the fit on this one!

I picked up the last XL from The Shop Vancouver and it’s snug to the torso, but sits just right at my belt line and on my wrists.

Can’t wait to wear this thing to smithereens.

For reference:
6’1 (186cm).
190 lbs (86kg).
42” chest (107cm)
19.5” shoulders (49cm)
