They look great @Oaktavia, what dish will you serve them with? I am thinking risotto, creamy pasta or on sourdough with lots of butter and pepper.
Need the right wine pairing too.

@Bridger I have not tried honey mushrooms before so I just tried one cap after I sautéed them with salt, pepper and garlic with butter. I counted 41 caps but one I used for a spore print. The taste was similar to oysters and of garlic they were cooked in. The spore print was white which is a green light. I will wait 24 hours before consuming more, assuming my gut will be in the clear knocks on wood.
