@pechelman done! Going with the “After Thunder”
-
Glad you like it. It’s the most effective 24 hour deodorant I’ve ever used. With traditional deodorant I start smelling bad same day. Same with the common natural options. With this I’m good until day 2. I know I sound like a plant but after accepting my fate as a smelly guy this stuff has been a true revelation

Still waiting for mine to get here, but cedar/hinoki is among my favorites too @Mizmazzle . Looking fwd to this even more now.

@Matt now I’m curious about those Fulton & Roarke smelly sprays you mentioned. We went to this natural botanical perfumery when we were in Ireland. They made everything on site from botanicals native to the Burren area we were in. Really cool but still a bit too female purfumey for my tastes. Looking for something kinda like the AKT scent profile in a cologne type thing.
Those solid fragrances look interesting.

@Mizmazzle the Cult Favorites Discovery set is a good place to start. I got the full discovery set and saved the ones I liked. I think the Cult Favorites are all included in the ones I saved.

Don't want to spoil the party, but I thought it might be helpful to say that I don't think the AKT deodorant is that great for me.
pros:
- works well against sweat
- smells good (got the grey)
cons:
- is applied with the hands, which then smell all day long. I hate that.
- it‘s fucking expensive
- the tube cap is difficult to handle
I‘ll stick with my Speick.

Now they sell a gua sha applicator to avoid this (also fucking expensive
)

I agree it’s very expensive. Personally I don’t mind the size of the cap or having to use my hands. I don’t notice a lingering smell on my hands. I don’t even wash them after and it doesn’t bother me. I don’t find the smell to be overly present throughout the day. The lack of sweat and BO is the best I’ve ever experienced in any deodorant I’ve used so I can live with the price.
But I appreciate your opinion. Nothing is for everyone. Except Wu Tang.
