It’s tight so I don’t really have a great answer. When it was new….crunchy as Captain Crunch lovelessly leaving its mark on the top of your mouth.

@CosmoSix5 thank you, think that’s just made my mind up for me.. the ocd weirdo in me would want the male and the female parts to match so copper it is

@labrat I see, did the brass not dull off very much? I could see it bothering me eventually if it stayed really bright. Also, when you upgraded to the brass, did they change the male and the female parts or just the female? Sorry for all the questions
@DeeDee85 Okay, so the brass snaps are clear-coated, but with wear, the clear coat will rub off and develop a patina (I posted some photos somewhere). I wasn’t too crazy about the size of them either; they looked a bit out of place on this jacket.
As for swapping the female side, no, but it’s not noticeable. The same would apply when upgrading to good art. Personally, I don’t think it’s a big deal.
