@Denimhead-0 It was a Top Ten Day yesterday. Looks like you made it up to Sandy Hook. Used to love riding around there.
-
@Jett129 are there decent rides down there that aren’t congested? I’m in the top center of the state so I always end up riding the north west hills.
-
@GoodtimeJohnny Absolutely,I personally love the area of Hunterdon County. Lots of farm country, nice easy relaxing backroads. Also are you by any chance near Rte 519,because if you are ,you can just ride that all the way south as far as it goes. It’s considered one of the best roads in the state.
-
@GoodtimeJohnny Best time at the Jersey Shore is September / early October. “Locals Summer” and the roads are empty.
-
@Jett129 no not by 519 but right by 219 and 44
-
@Denimhead-0 count me in, your photos always make it look nice
-
@GoodtimeJohnny I scoured a map and for the life of me,I couldn’t find either of those roads. Probably right in front of me. What town are you in?
-
My ‘74 Commando in front of the Clubhouse.

-
@GoodtimeJohnny For some reason I thought you were in NJ. No wonder I couldn’t find those roads.
-
@Inorganic where at? I don’t know how to see the pic you’re talking about. Thanks for the compliment though!
-

Now that I'm venturing deeper into the depths of this forum, I'm heartened to fight a healthy thread around my greatest passion; motorcycles.
It's funny how well made things, mechanical things, and those that evoke a viceral reaction often overlap.
I currently operate nine bikes at the moment. All are either on the sporty end or on the dirty end, with one ADV bike splitting both worlds - four Ducatis and five KTMs.

Let's see if I can get a few pictures posted here...
From last weekend on the big, overgrown dirt bike, in the wilds of central Oregon.
