Thanks so much @Jett129 and yes, that NYC trip definitely needs to happen…
-
I like the 90mm shot @weftyarn
-
-
@pechelman loved #4 (the bridge) immediately but on looking again at #1-3, I think there must be an interesting story behind each one. Each could be the final shot of a film.
-
Great shots @pechelman
I like the first and last ones best

One of my favorite spots on earth. Terlingua, TX. Just outside of Big Bend National Park. This is a yurt the wife and I enjoy staying at when we need to unplug. This area has one of, if not the, darkest sky in the US. I happened to catch this shooting star one night.
-
These are amazing @Go-For-Chill
We had similar skies back in 2018 in Lassen Volcanic NP but I was nowhere near having the skills let alone the equipment as you to catch it properly haha@pechelman The bridge shot is amazing! Definitely stands out.
-
Love these aesthetic. The rocking chairs really did it for me.
-
@Go-For-Chill really beautiful shots
-
@pechelman All really great, but gravitate towards the three empty chair shots.
-
Three more from Chicago.
And a couple from Detroit.
I fell in love with this city!
So much character. -
@Go-For-Chill incredible shots. I’ve always regretted not visiting the Big Bend area when I lived in TX.
-
@weftyarn are you shooting with the x100vi ?

Wish I had one for such trips but no, it’s my trusty X-T4.
But my most used lens is by far the 23mm 1.4,
so you had the right gut feeling! -
@weftyarn have you got any thoughts on that cs Ricoh or the Leica D-lux 8??
Was in japan and was pondering getting a camera again. Last used was Sigma 50 art with a canon 6d. But somehow I feel like I’m sick of interchangeable lenses and want something that’s easy to bring about. The R5 is still very high on the temptation list
