So the houses here are very narrow. Mine is about 11’ wide so everyone has Italian marble steps that lead to the house. 2 or 3. When the weather is nice people sit out in the stoop and be real friendly like. It turns into a party real quick.

Used to love stooping it when I lived in SF, CA, with some cigs and tall cans. Now I’m a boring dad that doesn’t smoke and occasionally gets drunk indoors in my SoCal abode…

@Matt , Before I retired, one of the last jobs i did was in Baltimore.. I stayed at The Hilton Garden Inn on President St. which I think is near you. Lots of great places to eat in that area.
