I would take some photos of my sample pair, but whilst I think there is some wear (well there must be) on them, the brilliant think about hickory stripe (and wabash) is that they hide dirt (and thus to some extent evo), so at this stage photos are almost irrelevant. Which of course, is why they were favoured by railroad companies back in the day.....
