The small things, the little details...

@mclaincausey been wondering how you’re getting along with the XHS. They’re looking really nice
-
@SKT thanks! I cheat on the periodically but mostly daily drivers ever since I got them. I think 777 is a challenging cut for this denim. I have to do stuff like step on the hem and pin it to the ground to get my first leg out when changing at the gym for example.
None of that bothers me much but I do enjoy the relative freedom of motion of other pants from time to time
-
@mclaincausey ha! The lengths we go to for our denim. I have to do the same with the UHR. Gotta manhandle them sometimes

@Matt inside pockets were one of those things that put me over the moon as a kid on the rare occasion a garment had them, and while I may take them for granted on some garments today, remain hugely appreciated.
Love it on the wabby chore coat. I don’t expect inside pockets as much in unlined outerwear, and I appreciate that the stitching aligns with that of the exterior pocket opposite:

@mclaincausey gah!! this breaks my lil heart even more because I slept on grabbing one of these

@Inorganic the salt cellar? If so I didn’t realize it was limited. I ordered from Japan by way of Amazon. My sister has one in white that triggered my search.

@mclaincausey It was the wabby chorecoat that he replied to.

@goosehd you are indeed correct @mclaincausey - the salt pot is cute though....but that chore coat...thats what i really need right now as we turn towards spring

@CosmoSix5 the stitching on the leather cuff inspired me to post the triple leather stitching Takeshi Okayama of Fukurokuju did on this pair of Mister Freedom Road Champs:
