My goal yesterday was to drive around Lake Arenal. When we got to this, Paula put the kybosh on it. I suggested that we wait until we saw another car cross, but that was rejected. We have a bleeding Land Cruiser Prado FFS.....

@goosehd not before watching a local do it himself or carefully wading across ourselves to check it out. But it looks very doable. Water level appears to be at lower than maximum and the vehicle tracks show that it is a regularly used crossing.
These rocky river beds tend to be more straightforward than the sandy ones.
