Been interested in the brand for a while and finally grabbed myself a pair of regular fit fatigues. Super roomy and comfortable without being to sloppy. I was worried they’d feel lightweight as I’m used to IH gear and sometimes find other manufacturers stuff underwhelming, but the fabric on these is really special. Will definitely grab more Orslow stuff in the future

I agree with everyone here...the fatigue pants are nice, I've got the Olive "slim" fit (not a typical slim fit IMO) but still a nice baggier fit that's not too baggy. I plan on grabbing the brown and black sometime soon.

For me thiugh I think their easy fit cargo pants are the best. I find myself wearing them way more than my fatigue pants. I highly recommend for those looking for a lighter weight more year round cargo or for those who live in warmer climates.

Been a while friends - life’s been busy and I was taking a break from the internet and shopping however - I picked up a pair of the wool charcoal houndstooth French Work pant and hot damn I love my grandpa vibes

          After adding the Olive Slim
fatigued (order a slightly larger size by accident), I enjoyed it so much I went for its khaki brother. Very pleased.

For reference I’m a true 32” waist and a size 2 is perfect.

I have these (regular fit) and I wear them insanely too much. They are a fantastic fabric that breathes extremely well.

I've just order myself a pair of the olive Slim Fatigue Pants and although I can fit in the size 2 I think I'll keep the size 3 which just gives me a bit more space. There isn't much change between sizes and the below the knee measurements are identical. Also, as it has a little cinch on each sides I can get a tighter waist while having more room in the top block which is ideal. The fabric is super nice and am now looking at getting one of their shirts.

Fit of the size 3 on a 32 waist for those interested, I've cinched both sides

Are those the slim or regular fit?

@GraemeE hey thanks, these are the regular! They’re quite a bit more relaxed through the whole leg than I am used to, so it’s taken a while to adjust, but my god they are comfortable to wear. I’m a 34 in most IH jeans and these are Orslow size 4.

@jerkules i just got a pair of the slim ones second hand from Pal/PopV

Its definately taking some getting used to since my legs are fairly used to 16oz+ (especially in winter) but so far I'm super impressed

I just got my second pair of fatigues and need to hem both.

Wondering if I should take into self edge for chain stitch or just have a tailor do a standard job

Anyone have any opinions either for functional or aesthetic reasons?

I had the guys at IHUK do a chain stitch hem on my 735 work pants…kind of spoiled me on all other hem types for pants. Just seems more robust? But that could be the kool-aid talkin’ and I’m sure either one would work fine Also I’m no help

Chain stitch will add that subtle “roping” effect to the hem, where a traditional lock stitch will just be straight and clean; nothing wrong with that on chinos/fatigues. However, a chain stitch can make them feel a touch elevated, and give your ego a little tickle for the little detail…

Chain stitch is less robust to my understanding. Looks better though.

@NickD ahh…I was just assuming. Thanks for the info. I guess visually it looks stronger because of the amount of stitches?
