@twin man the the colors on your honeycombs are unlike any I've seen. So vivid and wild like Prussian blue. Insane levels of indigo. I'm going to start a pair of 888XHSib this week and I'm really excited to give this denim another go!

@Denman-John remember when you were thinking about not wearing these to work in? How are your thoughts on their performance after working in them some?

@Mizmazzle I’ve worn them quite a bit at work since I got them and haven’t held back. They will be needing some attention soon as the crotch is getting thin and the cuffs are starting to wear through. Mending them will be a fun winter project. Protection wise they were great and felt good throughout the seasons. Although I like the look of cuffed overalls, next time I will get them hemmed for personal practical reasons. I walk through a lot of dewy grass and find it wrecks havoc on cuffs. With all that being said, I totally love these bibs!

@Denman-John that’s great you’re enjoying them so much. Do you feel like they are harder wearing then some of the other standard work wear brands like carhart etc ?

@Mizmazzle If I’m not wearing these, I’m wearing Carhartt duck pants at work. I probably wore my 805s about 80% of the time and 20% for the Carhartt pants. I like Carhartt and there are some messy jobs where it just doesn’t make sense to wear these 805s, so I choose accordingly. Yeah, they definitely wear better and offer more protection than Carhartt, but sometimes you need to do “Carhartt shit”. You don’t always want to bring champagne to a bush bash.

@Lowlander fucking awesome dedication to your 555XHSIb. I love that you are still wearing them and posting updates. I started a pair of 888XHSib last week! I went and reread the 555XHSIb sub and was delighted to reread your updates and posts from back when yours were new.
