@SKT Lovely tradition! My wife’s parents are farmers and used to have strawberry patches. I’ve spent many days working, picking, and eating in them.

A turkey tradition we started a few years ago is baking the bird upside down. Makes it so the dark meat is on top and the white meat is on the bottom. All the dark meat fats make their way down to the white meat ensuring the turkey is super juicy.

Not even necessary to season the bird. I know it sounds like lunacy. But it’s a total game changer and leaves extra time for lounging on the couch!
