I have second guessed myself numerous times since picking the Vikings for a win. Looking at the stats, injury reports, history, and just about everything else tells me this is going to be one of those games where I may just lose based upon chance. Both of the teams seem fairly well matched and should be one hell of a game to watch.
Think it’s really going to be who can gain the momentum the quickest and avoid making costly penalties.

@goosehd I think divisional games are the toughest to navigate,as the teams see each other twice a year,definitely don't like each other more so than other teams. I tend to avoid them and you can see how well I've done. The Jets had quite a few opportunities to win on Monday,but 3 penalties on that final drive is unacceptable,and no matter who your quarterback is you will lose games. It took The Chiefs,who were the most penalized team last year, until the playoffs to fix that. The Lions lost their best defensive player last week,which should make Sam Darnold's life a bit easier. Hope that I get to see that game.

@goosehd Thanks,Had a fractured rib once and like he says it hurts every time you breath. I had a gig that week. Took 4 advil and I think the adrenalin of doing the show distracted me,but then again I wasn't worried about some 300lb guy trying to hit me. I tended to be a very showy drummer,a lot of stick twirling etc. That night I kept it real simple.

@Tago-Mago I've watched his videos easily hundreds of times,read interviews with him etc. He's one of the absolute best. Aside from all of the shenanigans,he's a really really great drummer. On my best day,I don't hold a candle to him..

For me that’s the game of the week,and unfortunately I will not get to see it. I’ll get the 49ers/Chiefs which should be very contentious. I would think if the 49ers had one game,all season,circled on the calendar,this is the one.

We used to try and do a tailgating theme called Eat The Enemy,like if you were playing Buffalo you would eat Buffalo Wings. Some teams are harder than others,but with New Orleans you could have a lot of fun. You could drink Hurricanes etc. I don’t know that I ever did New Orleans.
