Pumped the see my favourite band King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard live for the the first time tonight. With such a diverse discography, and varied set lists, I really have no idea what we're gonna get!

@T4920 HUGE fan. I love everything they’ve ever done. Just an amazing band and the fact that it’s just a bunch of buddies from Melbourne makes me love them even more. The set lists from this tour look absolutely mad. Have fun and please report back!
@Mizmazzle and I will be seeing them at Red Rocks. I think they’ll be too big for Red Rocks soon so taking every chance I get!
You’re gonna love their shows and even though you seem to know intellectually what you’re in for, the experience itself is gonna blow your mind.

Couldn't have asked for a better show!
Opened up with a chill Float Along - Fill Your Lungs with a sick medley/jam in the middle, unexpectedly played a couple from Fishing For Fishie and Paper Mache Dream Balloon (two of my low key favourites), absolutely killed a 15 minute Dripping Tap, and ended on a thrash suit from Petrodragonic Apocalypse/Infest The Rats near which sent my Metalhead friends home happy!

@T4920 so great that the pre-show excitement didn’t lead to crushing disappointment! KGLW keep on popping up in my peripheral vision but I need to extricate myself from a few other rabbit holes before investigating further!

@Matt my buddy met the band and told Yow about the first time he saw them in the mid 90s he caught a Yow boot to the head and hasn’t been the same since. Yow: “let’s do it again!”
Said Yow was as manic, unhinged, and awesome today as before.
