My IH-634S-UHR is on the way from Iron Heart Germany, I’m so excited and can’t wait to beat it!

Just finished my initial hot soak for 1 hour and initial wash at 40 degrees without spin

after the initial hot soak and wash, it's size 30 and I'm not a fan of the cuff so I hemmed and now 83.5 cm / 32.8 in, what do you think about the fit? I feel weird because I have never worn this fit since the last raw denim years ago and I always wear baggy/loose fashion jeans since then.

@rnl Fit is subjective and if you like baggy/loose jeans then I say you have a winner.

Not everyday is the juice worth the squeeze but with UHR you can put that idea to work. I'm going to shrink these bad boys, put 'em on damp, and squeeze them into fit goodness. Thanks for the restock. I scored mine this morning.

Was gonna grab some 14oz 634s soon, but this restock has made me reconsider. Is this denim comfortable? A beast to tame? Breathable? How does it keep with fairly high temperatures around 25 degrees C?

@jerkules. I don't think is a great summer option. Is not a beast to tame. Feels heavier than the 21oz and closer to the 25oz. Its hairy. If feels like heavy denim lol. I don't think is very breathable neither. I have the SR which is the older version of the same thing.

Very helpful thanks @yannis . I have some thinking to do. The childish part of my brain sees the heavier weights and automatically thinks “better”, but I already have a couple of heavyweight options in rotation…

@jerkules I stop wearing UHR before 20°C, anything above that and it's way too warm. Heck, at 25°C I'd be wearing shorts anyway
