I believe that IH's 14oz denim offerings are highly underrated and, whilst they shouldn't be compared to other "more interesting" and heavier denim offerings, they aren't any less substantial or worth the money.

After wearing 21oz since around September last year and absolutely loving them, I’ve recently started wearing in a pair of 14oz indigo and… I absolutely love them too. Very different in weight and feel but both are insanely tough and as comfortable as they come. I would order a pair of all the different 14oz denims to have in back up if I wasn’t on the brink of divorce already after last years spending…

Well, I am glad I got that one right.
After we had an issue with the first iteration of one of the early editions of Buffalo Check shirts and we had to do a product recall, we had an incredible outpouring of love. What was initially an awful experience changed the way I thought about what we do, and realised that whilst we were at that time known for our heavy stuff, we also had a legion of people who bought Iron Heart for its quality.
I reasoned that if we made a good "lightweight" denim, it would sell. The next time I saw Haraki I said, you know one of our taglines is "We don't do light", well I think we should change that to "We don't do crap", so will you develop a 14oz denim?
Haraki, he say yes.....

I mean, its only at IH that 14oz is considered "lightweight" denim. So you could have stuck with "we don't do light" IMO.

Being a married man you should have opened a dedicated off shore bank account before buying IH products. The less she knows the better she sleeps

I think being sat on the naughty step would actually be a darn sight cooler than the reality behind the pic of “set self timer, awkwardly position phone on wheelie bin, assume awkward pose, casually look into the distance”

@Giles someone on reddit just shared a story about a motorcycle accident they were involved in a few years back and how they were thrown off. Broke their ankle clean. Afterwards they looked at their Iron Heart jeans and they had no rips or much of a scuff at all.

@Giles What happened to IHSH-362-BLK and IHSH-361-BLK that you decided not restock them in the future? The sales went sour or anything else went wrong? They look really cool to my taste and something tells me I am not the only one who wish to see them back

We've used up all the denim, and we cant make more (well we could, but something else would have to give).....
Should I cross them out of my wish list for good?

@Giles Just out of curiosity, what prevents you from producing some of your goods based on preorder when you're guaranteed to sell all the batch? Or as even better option so called crowdfunding for a certain product?
I’m just glad most of the continuous production pieces have now had a re-stock, I think I can now get by on a flannel a season now I’ve worked my way through those
