3 month update. So freaking difficult to capture the progress correctly..

@weftyarn those are definitely looking well worn. Any wash/soaks yet? I’m at 73 wears, nothing but spot cleaning so far. Still trying to get these caught up to my 21ib.

@weftyarn Great evo on those. The patch looks more worn out than the denim itself, but it does look good.

@weftyarn Fairly obvious fade signs, especially around the back pockets and central belt loop. Quite significant evolution of denim considering the time frame given . For the three months of wear the patch looks a little bit tired but still in good shape.
The fade pattern suggests that the pair was worn under overall or something alike, but that's just my wild guess.
The bottom line: great pair of black jeans with fabulous fading potential

@Yoprst Thanks mate! Let’s see how far I can push this, the 20+ deg yesterday were already borderline hot haha.

@the246guy this particular patch really doesn’t age well. It skews, deforms and behaves like no other IH heavyweight patch I’ve had… A bit of a bummer but a few more hot washes and it will probably darken and shrink more evenly.

@weftyarn looking great and impressive development for the relatively short wear time. My patch hasn’t skewed anything like yours, but I’ve only gone as hot as 30C with very low spin. Still though I dig how yours look, they’re gonna be amazing by the end of the year

Inspired to take a few update pics of mine. Owned for perhaps 2 years, worn quite sparingly as I generally prefer indigo jeans. Maybe 2-3 days wear per week.

75 wear check-in as they catch up to my 21ib (93 wears). Looking forward to seeing how the 100-wear wash on both turns out. Meanwhile, loving both pairs so much and enjoying alternating the two.

@WhiskeySandwich Beautiful evo on those. I'm now more attracted towards my 634 SBG's as they go very well with a blue denim shirts that I have plenty and always hesitated wearing them with a blue denim. But now they get used a lot and I kind of like the way it looks.

@the246guy yeah I always thought there was some faux pas about black with certain other things, especially brown, but sbg really goes with everything.
