follow up: i've worn this several times now since i got it, and its becoming one of my faves. The density at 11oz makes it smooth and tough, but it's still easily wearable for everything. This fabric is the shit. Probably not very similar, but i want some 17oz duck 888s even more now. And... I found that it hides salad dressing stains surprisingly well. Also, brown is my favorite color.

@WhiskeySandwich yea dude!! I was so stoked to find one myself. Agree, the density incredible and I can wear it under my slim fitting leather jackets without any mobility issues….and….brown!!!

Just to be a bad influence and enabler, the IHSH-77 has perhaps the most similar hand to this fabric that I’ve experienced in the IH catalog.

we've heard about the problems getting the different fabrics made in Japan, but IMO this one would deserve it's place among the 'continuous production' ones

@Sir_Cuffs-a-Lot hell yeah! Love that indigo version. Seems the blue is just as hard to photograph as the brown! Those hairlines get all distorted for some reason. Makes this shirt all the more mystical/ magical.
Don’t you love the crispness of this fabric??
