@Alex, I’m not sure if you folks are aware of this or not, but UPS is involved in a nasty labor dispute here in the States and it looks like there could be a strike coming up in a couple of weeks. If that does happen, I hope that you folks would be able to ship via FedEx or DHL.

@BlueBlood thank you - we are aware about this and have been discussing with our account manager. Adam has also been reaching out to other couriers, but they really only want to help us out if we move all our shipping over to them, which is not on our current radar. As your article states, no other carrier could absorb all the UPS volume, anyway
