@mclaincausey that is the fit I’d look for with the 777 cut: a bit of looseness on the thighs (similar to a 633). Don’t enjoy snug thigh fits and I have skinny thighs…never did a leg day in a gym. Mind you, I’ve yet to try a 777, so please bear with my questions.
So, how do you manage this? I’m guessing you pick a slightly larger tag (waist) size than you would on other cuts (say a 888 or a 634), and accept you need a belt to keep them from slipping?

@motojobobo man I am so so sorry for having missed this. I was not ignoring you.

I think it’s just a good cut for me, or maybe a good instance of the cut, as I sized TTS. My IH journey has gone from 634 to 666 to 777. One thing that I especially love about these is that there is ample room to use the front pockets. Despite the tape reinforcement, I tend to wear out IH pockets in the past and that’s not an issue with these. These may be slim by IH standards but they’re plenty roomy for me and have resulted in my leaving some Strike Gold LHT that is a great denim hanging in the closet.

Cheer @dinobarnesberlin ; Rox and I were discussing how much we love the denim but also how damn hard it is to fade. A lot of jeans lore is bullshit but the resistance of natural indigo to crocking and fading is well supported by these jeans.

I'm wearing my new pair for the first time today. Thighs are a little tight, and the waist is probably half an inch snug. Guess my bicycling legs are bigger than I thought. I'll see how they feel after a few days.
