      @joephoto thanks man! Appreciate you taking the time to drop some advice, I'll risk the Large to obtain the fit I'm after. Then just take it proper easy when the wash comes!

        @Supersonic welcome to the fray, hombre. The key here is pacing yourself. Haha. Damn near impossible to do, but advisable. They are always releasing badass gear. One piece a season and you’ll be stoked. Or, you can go the route I took and completely overhaul your wardrobe in a matter of a year's time.

        Then there’s the past releases that bore into your psyche like a fever dream and you must hunt down those sacred grail items. Oh boy!!

        In the easy chair with my boots on, melted whiskey in my hand. Could'na been asleep for more than three hours...time to go to work again...

          @Mizmazzle True dat. So many cool pieces, had to have this one for the 70s vibes.

          I'm in the process of clearing out all my gear on Ebay and replacing with this stuff. But that's wise advice. Might leave it at 2. I got the Chambray off ebay for an absolute bargain and sound fella.

          Might be an expensive couple of years ahead.

            @Supersonic yup! Buying used pieces off the forum is a great way to go about it too. Lots of stand up peeps around here. Lord knows Grailed and EBay have sourced several of my favorite shirts too!

              But will keep an eye out on here in the future, been lurking in the background for the past couple of days. Seems like a sound community.

                @Supersonic My pleasure. There are plenty of great people here that will let you know how something fits. good or bad. I think once you know what works size-wise, you can then pick out the pieces you want. There are the occasional sizing anomalies with certain releases and the item won't work for you. Perfect example is that I have two pairs of 555 jeans that are both the same waist size. Both are very different in fits.... It was an error on my part despite knowing my sizing in that cut. Enjoy the journey and just be comfortable in what you buy.

                Ohhhhhh that constitutional stitching!

                  @Supersonic the sleeves are way too long.

                  With your body type, I would recommend going for the work shirt. The western is better for those with a small chest and narrow shoulders.

                        I think the fear of the shrink pushed me towards the XL. I'm 6'0 and always thought I had long arms tbf.

                          @Supersonic I bought an XXL.

                          I’m 6’2”, 180 Lbs but with fairly broad shoulders and a 42” ish chest.

                          The shirt fits me comfortably with room to wear it over a heavy weight tee. Exactly what I was looking for.

                            I love this shirt all kinds, but when wearing it for the first time I noticed the white line in the placket that tapers into brown about two thirds down, and I’m trying my best to not let it bother me. We’re talking a degree or two off of right, that wouldn’t even be noticeable at a different point of the pattern, that I can’t help but wish was straight 😕
                            I hold no fantasies of having the ability to do a better job, just know I wouldn’t be okay with it if I was the one making it. Good thing for my mental health I’m not a seamstress….

                                        @SaddleSC large 👍

                                        Gotcha...the reason I asked is that I have noticed that where the patterns meet at the placket tends to change across sizes with UHF. Mine is also a Large and I wanted to check it for you to confirm this was not just the way the Larges turned out...as you can see yours does appear to be an anomaly...sorry about that!
